Nick & Sylvia’s Wedding: Schedule


Note: schedule is subject to small changes, but this should give you a sense of the general structure of the weekend.

Friday

3pm - Arrival

Guests are welcome to show up starting at 3pm on Friday (7/3)! If you are staying overnight on-site we recommend showing up before dark so you can get settled.

7pm - BBQ/Potluck, Dining Hall

We will be hosting a casual BBQ/Potluck for dinner.  We will provide meat and veggie options, along with some beer and wine.  If you are able, please consider bringing a side and/or drinks!


Saturday

9am-3pm (Before Ceremony)

We encourage you to check out the surrounding woods, walk along the coast, and/or check out the adorable Mendocino Village! We will be compiling a list of suggested activities as the day approaches. Guests arriving on Saturday are welcome to show up at any time.

3pm - Ceremony, Amphitheater

We will get married at the amphitheater in camp! Please see the Location & General Information tab for the dress code and other important information.

4pm - Cocktail Hour

The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour up by the dining halls. Guests can walk the (short but somewhat steep) path to the dining hall area. Rides will be available for those who need it.

5pm - Dinner

Cocktail hour will be followed by dinner, also by the dining halls

7pm - Reception

The reception will follow the dinner in the dance hall. Start practicing those moves!


Sunday

12pm - Check-out

All campers must be checked out by noon on Sunday. We encourage you to continue exploring the Mendocino area!
