Tao Wang is a Ph.D. student in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at UCSD, co-advised by Prof. Sicun Gao and Prof. Sylvia Herbert. His research interests lie in learning-based control and optimization.

Prior to joining UCSD, he received his BS from Beihang University in 2019.

When not working, he enjoys hiking and playing puzzles.
