Tin Nguyen

Tin Nguyen is an undergraduate student at the University of California, San Diego, pursuing dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Cell and Molecular Biology. His research at the Safe Autonomous Systems Lab involves integrating ROS2 into ROS1 to operate multiple Turtlebot2 robots, creating a dynamic obstacle "forest" for robotics experiments.

Tin also contributed to the Medically Advanced Devices Laboratory, where he focused on enhancing mixing in microdroplets using acoustic wave technologies.

Outside the lab, he enjoys exploring coffee shops, tinkering with electronics, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with friends discovering new places.
