Trevor Matthews is currently pursuing a M.S degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Controls and Mechatronics at UC San Diego. Previously, he earned his B.Sc. degree from UC San Diego in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Controls and Robotics.

Trevor’s research interests include game theoretic frameworks of multi-agent systems and hardware implementation of safe control algorithms in dynamically changing environments. He also has an interest in engineering education.

In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing video games, and backpacking.
