Qifeng (Eli) Liang

Eli is a second-year undergraduate at UC San Diego double majoring in Mathematics–Computer Science and Cognitive Science (Machine Learning). His current research focuses on diffusion-based methods for safe control and trajectory optimization in autonomous systems. Eli is interested in AI/robotics that can operate in the real world.

Outside of the lab, he enjoys watching sci-fi movies, playing video games (League of Legends), and traveling around the world.
